Today is the President's State of the Nation Address and a Heavy downpour of Rain.
Is it a mere coincidence or a fact that this SONA is once filled up with Promises and Lies? I am finished digesting promises about this nation. I came from an opinionated family, where Opinions really matter to me, and from what I have heard from my brother, once again, it will be full of lies. In other words, Crap. Bull Shits and what-have-yous. It's another one of those well written and prepared speeches, yet you can't stand listening to it. You, in yourself, doubt the contents. Words that might make you say "Kalokohan" and unknowingly, find yourself sleeping halfway through it.
I am tired of those promises by Politicians, their never ending plans, never ending bickering, never ending scandals. I am tired of Words period. If what they think is true and what they think is good for our country, HELL WITH THEM. I have lost my trust to the people running this country. I have lost my appreciation to the Government. I have lost my sympathy to the President. The president I have idolized eversince she stepped up as our President. The President I shook hands with at a mall. The president whom I find so adorable in, my God, all Pinoy made ternos. The President I looked up to.
All I ever want is Honesty and Integrity. What if you make a Superhero a President, what would happen no? I think we have tried having an Elite, General, Drop- out, Widow, Farmer etc. as a President, pero la pang Super Hero! Oh Come on! Haha... But seriously, if all we need is a Super Hero President, we have a lot of choices. Darna, Krystala, Capt. Barbel, Super Inggo, Marina (oops! she's not a hero pala! haha...)
May Pondo ba ang Pilipinas? May Trabaho ba sa ating Bansa? Can we Build up our Country?

I am currently listening to her speech. Half way, I am getting tired already.
